BIENVENIDO MARTINEZ B. has been in the soccer scene for over 25 years, as a soccer player as well as an organizer. In 1987, working with the Catholic Archdiocese of Washington, he organized its first soccer league for Hispanic youth. In 1996, Mr. Martinez joined D.C. United of Major League Soccer, where he remained for six years as a liaison for the Hispanic community in the sales department. He then headed, for two years, the Marco Antonio Etcheverry Soccer Academy. Mr. Martinez then continued his soccer career as Executive Director of CR Sports, a group of investors, who purchased the rights to El Salvador National Soccer Team In this role, Mr. Martinez oversaw the day-to-day operations of the company as well as the operation of international matches held in the United States.

Silvino Gonzalo
Head Coach

SILVINO GONZALO has been in the local soccer scene for over three decades. During this long path, Silvino has had great success as a coach, including: 1988, Champion with the Washington Diplomats; 1987, Open Cup Champion with Equipo España; 1986, State Cup, League and National Champion with Team Iberia. In 1997, Silvino won the Region I championship with the Metro D.C., Virginia Association Men’s Select Team. For the past ten years, Silvino has been an integral part of the Northern Virginia Royals.
