Report: Real Maryland 20's 0 - Harrisburg 0

On Saturday, the Real Maryland Super 20s tied the Harrisburg City Islanders 0-0 in the Pennsylvania Capital.

On a hot and humid day, both teams played conservatively, sitting back and waiting for the opportunity to strike on the counter attack.

“We had four starters missing,” Real Maryland Super 20s coach Roger Fernandez said, “but we still managed to create chances.”

The Monarchs’ best chance came at the start of the second half when Lucas Szabo struck the left hand post with a shot from 35 yards out.

The result keeps the Monarchs in second place in the Mid-Atlantic Group B standings. The Super 20s now control their own destiny as a win in their final regular season game against TSF academy means Real will cement their place in the post-season.
